PROS:
- Maybe , it is too big, but the quality is very good!! Very beautiful!!Feel good!! Suitable for travel!! I like it!!
- Wow, totally confused by the bad reviews! The guys claiming that it is not leather and one of them got one that smelled bad? They must have received a knock off and live in another country or they work for the competition. This is nice “genuine” leather bag that is solidly built and looks great. I purchased it because a colleague of mine has one and loves it. He said it has held up very well (and he stuffs it). The dude with the buckle issue? You CAN unbuckle the straps if you choose to….but why? A person with any dexterity can easily operate the solidly built clasps (they should describe that a bit better but I thought it was a great feature and I can operate them fine). As far as being able to rapidly open your bag, in an airport (as buckle dude mentioned) well……..ya probably need to pat that guy down! This is an excellent bag and well worth the money spent. Pay no attention to what seems to be either competitors or people in areas that do not have import/counterfeit laws. Enjoy!!
CONS:
- This bag is beauty. However I got it for my brother who is about 5’9 and it appeared too big for him so he had to sell to his colleague who LOVED it and he got something smaller. The leather is alright but not 100%. It is a nice bag if you are taller and want something that stands out or that says “Boss” then get it.
- I bought this business case last year as a Christmas present for my brother-in-law who lives in US. Because he’s now retired and thought that I can get better mileage out of it than him, he saved the bag and asked my sister to bring it back to Malaysia for me, which she did just this past weekend. When I opened it, I was VERY disappointed with the quality of the product. I had very high expectation for Samsonite brand and it was claimed to be 100% leather, BUT the workmanship of the product is very poor (e.g. the pad of the the strap is not properly sewn), and it’s NOT 100% leather at all (e.g. the seams, the side of the bag, and the pad of the strap are visibly PVC). I felt cheated! But I have to say, the compartments are well designed, and the utilization of space is well-thought-off.
