Customer Reviews
PROS:
- This is the continuation of the Bikila Evo model. The main differences are a somewhat tougher and more cushioned sole. It’s a subtle change in the sole and I hope it means they last longer. But the ride on the first run felt *very* smooth, while still having great flexibility and ground feel. The upper feels a little more stretchy and it has holes in it for breathability. Like the Bikila Evo, this hits my sweet spot between going barefoot and running in shoes. I’ve been running in minimalist shoes for several years now and it will always feel more comfortable for me now that I’ve made the transition..

They replaced a pair of vibrams I have had for two years thes are lighter and even more comfortable than my old ones love them
- So far, very pleased with these shoes. They do seem to run large relative to other Vibram models – I ordered one size smaller than usual and could maybe have gone even one size smaller still. Relatively thick sole and relatively good arch support relative to other Vibram five-finger shoes, but still very thin compared to conventional shoes, with relatively little overall structure. They are very well ventilated, which is great, but socks might be appropriate (so size the shoe accordingly) if you’re planning to use these in cold weather.
CONS:
-
I really wanted to love these. Most of the design is fabulous, but where they deviated, extending the toe rubber on top of the toes, is flawed and will likely cause immediate discomfort or potential for blisters. this is my third pair of vibrams and the only one to have this design flaw, i absolutely love the others including the new KMD Evos im wearing right now. check out the pictures ive added you can see the rubber curling back on top the shoe, and indentations in my 4th toe with only wearing them for 5 mins in my living room. i wish this seemed like something that would ‘break in’ but it definitely doesnt feel like it will, and i couldnt wear them long enough to. keep in mind ive had zero issues with their other styles. amazons return policy is good ao its worth a try if you dont mind the hastle on a return, they are amazingly light, i like them so much i thought about trying to trim the rubber flaws, but that likely wouldnt work well for longevity. goodluck and godspeed.
