PROS:
- Gets my teeth nice and clean. Very good at removal of plaque. So easy to use. Love the fact its re-chargeable . My dentist loves me since I have been using this says my teeth and gums the best there have been for years, all thanks from going from manual toothbrush to my Oral-B Pro
- I have noticed a great improvement with my upgrade to the 2000 model, especially the polish mode which has helped add another element to the finish & feel of my teeth, well satisfied with the purchase.
- I have used an electric toothbrush for a few years now and this is definitely one of the best. The bristles really get in between teeth, helping to remove plaque and stains. My gums look healthier and my whole mouth feels fresh and clean after using this.Well recommended.
CONS:
- Battery life is pathetic. Lasts about 5 days. We bought two of these but have returned one which was still unused. Purchased a Philips instead which is so much better.
- I fully agree with the other reviews down here in 1-star land. This toothbrush won’t hold a charge! I sent the first one back and got a replacement, and then had the same problem! It takes all night to charge, then lasts about 1 minute before the battery runs out! Amazingly bad. Must be an issue with a very bad batch of batteries at the moment. Steer clear. Sorry, Braun / Oral-B, but this is nowhere near good enough.
