- The Sony SRS-X2 is a fantastic little speaker.Understated hard wearing rubberised design, 3.5mm and Bluetooth connectivity and the battery in mine has lasted over 9 hours on around 25% volume (left it on overnight!).It has surprisingly good sound quality.
- Attractively designed, neat and compact. Great bluetooth connectivity and range. Good battery life, as good if not better than stated in manual. Best of all is the sound quality. Crisp and clear with real depth. Enough volume to fill most rooms with distortion only at the very top end. Like hearing favourite tracks for the first time. Best audio purchase in a long time. My opinion of Sony products goes from strength to strength.
- Owned it well over a week now and it’s done nothing but impress, battery life is decent could be better but easily lasts five hours on a charge at high volume
- Incredibly poor Bluetooth range – the device streaming music to these speakers can barely go 2 metres before it starts dropping. My mother’s cheapo PSYC Bluetooth speaker can span 10 times the range. This alone defeats the purpose of the product for me.
- No remote Track skip function – you can’t skip songs using the buttons on the Speaker, something I would expect as the previously mentioned PSYC speaker my mothers owns does. It might exist, but I couldn’t find it in the vague documentation.
