This is a very nice shoe. I ordered my normal size and when it arrived I was aware that it was too large for my feet. I compared it physically with other similar shoes I own and could see the difference. I went online to arrange an exchange for a half size smaller and was provided with a pre-paid UPS label to return the original pair. And within 2 days the replacement pair arrived. These fit fine. So I suggest that if you purchase these, order at least a half size smaller than you normally wear. The manufacturer is a little off in measurements.

Nice shoes but too large. I have never purchased shoes online previously but I need to purchase from a store where I can try on. I was a BASS person for over 40years dress, casual etc. Recently purchased 2 pair I had to return must be changes at Bass. Once I find a brand & size then I can purchase online . I am really satisfied with all my purchases on Amazon, various items. The return of my shoes was so user friendly thank you so much for not making it convoluted. I have become a big fan of Amazon…

Love the shoe, but even after exchanging for a smaller size, the just do not fit right. Sometimes certain shoes/brands just do not fit right.

I bought some 11s, and they are big. Fit more like slippers than shoes. Downgrade at least half a size, and maybe a full size.
